Swansea City’s third successive victory over Manchester United takes them above Louis van Gaal’s side, who have lost for the first time this season. Maybe Garry Monk should have Van Gaal’s job; after all, Swansea are much better to watch than United are at the moment, what with Andre Ayew and Bafetimbi Gomis starring in attack. They’re fourth with eight points, United are fifth with seven points. That means the top four is, er, Manchester City, Crystal Palace, Leicester City and Swansea. Makes you think.
